For all outbound calls made by the Gazoop System, whether it is a customer calling the SMS line to speak to the driver, or a call being patched to your staff via our Call Center technology, you will be charged per outbound minute depending on the type of number being diverted to. Credits are charged per 60 seconds and rounded to the nearest minute.
