How do I close or cancel my account?

We're sorry to hear you wish to cancel your subscription with Gazoop. We've made it very easy for you to downgrade and upgrade at any time within your Portal. When you've logged in to your account click PortalManage SubscriptionDowngrade Immediately.

Once done, you will need to read the relevant warnings, it is important you read these before proceeding. Once done, click the final button and your account will be cancelled. You may also wish to remove any payment information on file also, including disabling any automatic top-ups by going to PortalPayment Methods.
