The estimated time for an Instant booking is incorrect

To troubleshoot an issue with the estimated times given to instant rides, we recommend checking the following steps:

  1. Were all available drivers in an Available status? Check DriversLogs
  2. Were there any upcoming pre-books that could have influenced this ETA?
  3. Were the drivers locations being updated correctly in the system?
  4. Have you checked your ETA settings in AdminConfiguration
