How do I search a booking?
The 7 ways to search a Booking:
- Search through customer's Telephone Number.
- Enter the 6 digit Booking ID number.
- Search through Driver ID and search driver assigned to the booking.
- Job Status, for example if it's cancelled, in queue, in progress.
- Date when the booking was entered.
- Search by Client ID. You can search either by name, address, email, phone number etc.
- The Payment Method if it's cash or credit.
- Click Search Booking and you will see the customer's booking below.
