To create an iCal (.ics) Calendar link, go to External ToolsiCal Calendars and click Create New iCal Link. You should then enter a name to identify such a link, for example, by the name of the person you are providing access to, and then select the security level you want (If using a 3rd party service, unless you know their IP address, select "Weak"). Upon creation a link will be provided for the .ics file which you can use to implement in your software.
