How do I take a screenshot?

We may ask you to provide a screenshot to demonstrate an issue you are facing, below are the instructions to create a screenshot depending on the type of device you are using.


Windows PC

1. Click the "PrtScr" or "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
2. Click "Start" and then type "Paint" and open.
3. Go to Edit > Paste
4. Go to File > Save and Save the File

Mac OSX

1. On the Keyboard click "Command" - "Shift" - "3" at the same time.
2. A file will automatically be provided on your desktop.

iPhone 8 and lower

1. Click the Power Button and the Home Button at the same time.
2. The screenshot will be in your photos.

iPhone X and XS

1. Click the Power and Volume Up button at the same time.
2. The screenshot will be in your photos.

Android Devices

1. Click the Power button and Volume Down button at the same time.
2. The screenshot will be in your photos.

I can not login to my Gazoop account?

If you are unable to login to your Gazoop Dispatcher or Owner account please try the following before contacting our Suppot Team.


  •   Are you using the correct email address as your username?
  •   Is your Caps Lock key on for your password?
  •   Are you copying and pasting your password with a space at the end or at the beginning by accident?
  •   Have you tried clearing your cookies and browser data?
  •   Have you tried resetting your password? You can do this by going to https://www.gazoop.com/contact-us/ and selecting "I have Forgotten my Password" in the Existing User section.
  •   If you are an administrator or dispatcher - have you asked the fleet owner to reset your password in the Add-on users tool? Has the owner disabled your account?
