I can not login to my Gazoop account?
If you are unable to login to your Gazoop Dispatcher or Owner account please try the following before contacting our Support Team.
If you have attempted all of the above and you are still facing issues, please do contact us by following the link below.
- Are you using the correct email address as your username?
- Is your Caps Lock key on for your password?
- Are you copying and pasting your password with a space at the end or at the beginning by accident?
- Have you tried clearing your cookies and browser data?
- Have you tried resetting your password? You can do this by going to Contact Us and selecting "I have Forgotten my Password" in the Existing User section.
- If you are an administrator or dispatcher - has the owner disabled your account?
