How do I login to the control panel?

Simply go to https://cp.gazoop.com and enter your username and password.

Your username is your email address, if you have forgotten your password please hit the relevant link at the page above.

How do I sign-up?

To sign-up for Gazoop please click the "Free Sign-up" button at the top right of this page in the menu.

How do I edit my account?

You can update your postal address, email and password from the "My Account" button within your portal once logged in.



You can then make changes to your information, once complete hit "Update My Account" found at the bottom of the page.

How do I go back to the portal?

To go back to the portal from within your account you must click your name and profile picture at the top right as shown here:

I have forgotten my password?

You can re-set your password at the following link: https://www.gazoop.com/contact-us/


You will need to know your email address and have access to this for the email reset process to complete.

If you are a driver who has forgotten their PIN number you must speak to your fleet administrator  who are the only people permitted to reset your PIN code.

What should I do first once signed up?

You will need to add your drivers before starting to use the system in "Drivers" > "Create"

  •   You will need to take note of all your drivers mobile numbers and PIN codes - they will need this for the mobile application
  •   Ask your drivers to go to http://m.gazoop.com to install the Gazoop Driver Application on their Android or iPhone device.
  •   Go to "Localisation Management" and ensure all the configuration options in here are valid, including fare tables, add-on items, and base radius regions.
  •   Go to "Billing Management" > "Billing Configuration" to ensure you have all your information correctly.
  •   If you wish to upgrade to a paid for account at any stage go to the portal and hit the "Free Plan" button to upgrade.
