I am unable to book a ride for a specific time
To troubleshoot an issue with booking a certain time, we recommend checking the following steps:
- Are drivers scheduled to service the time you are selecting?
- Are you over-booked for that slot?
- Have you set your Base Address correctly in LocalisationZoning you must select a valid google address.
- Check your AdminConfiguration, check if pre-book time should include wait time (if you have no drivers online, the wait time will be indefinite).
- If you want all slots available always, change from using driver schedule to using pre-defined slots and set this to an appropriate quantity.
