I am unable to book a ride for a specific time

To troubleshoot an issue with booking a certain time, we recommend checking the following steps:

  1. Are drivers scheduled to service the time you are selecting?
  2. Are you over-booked for that slot?
  3. Have you set your Base Address correctly in LocalisationZoning you must select a valid google address.
  4. Check your AdminConfiguration, check if pre-book time should include wait time (if you have no drivers online, the wait time will be indefinite).
  5. If you want all slots available always, change from using driver schedule to using pre-defined slots and set this to an appropriate quantity.
