A booking did not go to a specific driver I expected it to go to

To troubleshoot a problem with a booking not going to a specific driver that you expected, we suggest you check the following:

  1. Was the driver scheduled to work?
  2. Was the driver in an Available status at the time?
  3. Did the job match the drivers vehicle minimums (Passengers, cases, type, etc)?
  4. Was the pickup location within the drivers allowed job offer radius?
  5. Did you check the job notes to see if the driver simply ignored or was too late accepting the job?
  6. Is automatic dispatch turned on?
