This tool allows you to view, respond and close customer reports.
You can create a report for a variety of situations for example customer complaints or customers who have lost property. Enter a report title and then hit Create Report.
Once you've clicked Create Report, it will redirect you to client report page, you should then select Report Status from the drop down menu and Write a Report.
For unknown customers, you must go to Client Management and create a New Client with their name and phone number and once created, follow the same process as above.
