Language Database enables you to edit and customize the templates when sending emails or sms to your customers.

For instance if customers placed a booking through their mobile app, they will receive a booking confirmation through sms from your taxi fleet. Example: "Thank you for booking Dial A Ride, a taxi will be on its way shortly. Our contact number is XXXX.

Once you're in the actual page, you will see Update Language Database tab below the page so you can update the changes you've made.
