No. Payment re-attempts take place 4 times a day and after 48 hours we will suspend the account from placing new bookings. However, existing bookings and driver app will continue to function but in the next 5 days, the account will be completely frozen. We are willing to extend the account termination date in exceptional circumstances.
To make a payment against an owed invoice to a Staff member you must go to "Invoices" > "Manage" and then search the staff member applicable.
