What is Gazoop's Customer Login and Mobile Webapp?

Gazoop Customer Login and Mobile Webapp works on mobile devices and ipads as a web application.  Your customers can login from their computer, mobile or tablet.  This has no set-up charge and is available instantly so it's very convenient for those on the go.

You can also see any customers logged in within the "Users Online" box to the left.

What can customers do once logged in to Gazoop's Global Customer Login?

  •   Update Information - Their customer contact details can be changed themselves.
  •   Place Bookings - Both Instant ? and Pre-book ? jobs can be made.
  •   Cancel Bookings - Customers can cancel jobs at any status.
  •   View Future Bookings - Customers can view future bookings and see their allocated drivers.
  •   Live Driver Tracking - Customers can track their driver live from before pickup, and throughout their ride.
  •   Invoicing - Customers view all their invoices in their account and they can pay their invoices by credit card.

How do I add a booking widget to my website?

To add the website booking widget, use the Booking Widget URL found within External > Websites > Manage (or create a site) and create an IFrame (Inline Frame) on your existing website.

How do I get details on the Global Customer Login?

Go to Dashboard, and scroll down to the bottom right to see Global Customer Login details.
