Tutorial - How to add Payment Information to Gazoop

The first step is to open<span class=""><i><b>&nbsp;Gazoop Control Panel</b></i></span> and click <span class=""><i><b>Payment Methods</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Add Credit Card </b></i></span>

Read this text - we will process a $1 test transaction which we will void automatically when adding payment information.

Click <b><i>Card Number</i></b>

Type your full card number in <span class=""><i><b>Card Number</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>January</b></i></span>

Select your expiry month, for example&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>August</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>2017</b></i></span>

Select your card expiry year, for example&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>2022</b></i></span>

Click <b><i>CVV/Card Security Code</i></b>

Type in the 3 digits on the back of your card in&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>CVV</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b> Add Card</b></i></span>

As you can see at the top&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>SUCCESS :- Your Credit Card has been added successfully for recurring billing.</b></i></span>

You can also see your new card is listed under "Credit Cards"

If you wish to remove your payment information click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Delete</b></i></span>

If you want to add a PayPal account instead, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Add PayPal Account</b></i></span>

You are automatically diverted to PayPal to login - put in your login information and click login and follow the prompts.&nbsp;<br>

If you change your mind at any time you can return back to our site by clicking this link. Upon completing this process your PayPal will also be listed.<br>

Tutorial - How to top-up your account balance at Gazoop

The first step is to open <span class=""><i><b>Gazoop Control Panel</b></i></span> and click <span class=""><i><b>Top-up Balance</b></i></span>

You can see your current balance at the top of the screen. To top-up £20 click the button £<span class=""><i><b>20</b></i></span>

Check the content of this popup and once you are ready to proceed click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Yes, top-up!</b></i></span>

Wait a moment for the transaction to complete. Do not refresh this page.

<span class=""><i><b>Success! Your top-up payment was successful and is now reflected above.</b></i></span>

You can also ensure your account always has a balance. To adjust, first click <span class=""><i><b>£20</b></i></span>

Finally click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>£50 as the amount to top-up should your balance go below £20.</b></i></span>

Click <b><i>Update Automatic Billing&nbsp;</i></b><i></i>to save the changes.

As you see at the top your automatic billing options have now changed. If you wanted to top-up a custom amount, click the link&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Or top-up a Custom Amount</b></i></span>

<span class=""><i><b>Please enter your top-up amount for example 25.00</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Top-up Amount</b></i></span>

As you see it will now allow you to top-up £25. However as we have already topped up, we want to cancel this by clicking&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>No thanks</b></i></span>

<span class=""><i><b>You can get back to the top-up page within any page of the Gazoop system by clicking the top right hand side</b></i></span>

Finally click your&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Account Balance</b></i></span>

That's it. You're done.

Tutorial - How to manage your Gazoop expenditure and view transactions

The first step is to open <span><i><b>Portal - Gazoop Control Panel</b></i></span> and click <span><i><b>Transactions</b></i></span>

This page shows you your latest transactions on your account, it is ordered at the top of your most recent transactions and your current balance.

You can see more transactions in the search results by clicking&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Next</b></i></span>

You can toggle back to the first page by clicking&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Previous</b></i></span>

If you want to see more transactions per page you can click the Show&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>25 Entries&nbsp;</b></i>drop down and change this.</span>

Select <span class="component"><i><b>100</b></i></span>

You can also sort the results by any of the columns, by default it is sorted by transaction ID, however lets click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Account: activate to sort column ascending</b></i></span>

Now the results are sorted by Fleet Account, you can change from ascending to descending by clicking&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Account: activate to sort column descending</b></i></span>

You can also do this with the debit field. Click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Debit: activate to sort column ascending</b></i></span>

And finally to bring the highest amounts to the top, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Debit: activate to sort column descending</b></i></span>

You can also filter the results. For example, if you have multiple fleet accounts or you are a reseller, you can get all transactions for a specific account only. First click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>All Accounts</b></i></span>

Now click a specific account such as the one&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>highlighted</b></i></span>

<span class="">Finally click&nbsp;<b style="font-style: italic;">Search Transactions</b></span>

You can now see all transactions for this specific fleet, if you only wanted to see charges for a specific type click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>All Transactions</b></i></span>

Type in drivers in <span class=""><i><b>the search field</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Driver Licenese</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Search Transactions</b></i></span>

Now you can see all the driver license fees for this specific taxi fleet as both the transaction and account is set to values. If you wanted to filter this by date as well, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Filter by Transaction Date </b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>the first field</b></i></span>

Select a date, for example&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>1st October</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>the next date field (to)</b></i></span>

Click a date until, for example&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>7th October&nbsp;</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Search Transactions</b></i></span>

Now you can see all drivers licenses between the 1st October and 7th October for JM Taxis, you can re-adjust the filters as well, so for example click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Driver License</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>All Transactions</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Search Transactions</b></i></span>

You can also restore the account filter by clicking&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>JM Taxis</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>All Accounts</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Search Transactions</b></i></span>

and finally you can remove the date filter by unticking&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Filter by Transaction Date </b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Search Transactions</b></i></span>

<span class="">You can also search transactions by a specific customers phone number, click&nbsp;<b style="font-style: italic;">Phone Number</b></span>

Type 4422155477 in <span class=""><i><b>Phone Number</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>Search Transactions</b></i></span>

Lastly, any results you have on screen you can&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Export as CSV&nbsp;</b></i>at any time by clicking the button. This can help with importing any billings in to another system such as for Gazoop Authorized Resellers.</span>

Tutorial - How to upgrade your Gazoop Account

The first step is to open <span class=""><i><b>Portal - Gazoop Control Panel</b></i></span> and click <span class=""><i><b>Upgrade Account</b></i></span>

To see your current pricing, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>View My Price Plan</b></i></span>

Once ready, click a payment method, for example&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Add Credit Card</b></i></span>

Once you've entered your card details, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Add Card</b></i></span>

Now to complete the upgrade process, click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Upgrade &amp; Enable Automatic Topup</b></i></span>

We are processing your payment,&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Do not refresh this page! </b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b> Account Changed! Your requested account change has now been actioned and can be seen below. </b></i></span>
