The Client Reports tool is where you can see customer reports such as customer complaints, escalations, and inquiries.
This tool allows you to view, respond, create and close customer reports.
You can create a short title for your Report Title. You can search reports, respond to Reports Requiring Response below. You can also check Recently Created Reports at the right side of the page.
The page below is what you'll see once you click the Create button or view an existing report;
1 Choose a Customer.
2 Choose from the appropriate Status if In Progress, Escalated and so on.
3 Write a Report.
4 Click Create/Update Report below the page to submit report.
