What is Live Driver Map?
Using the Live Driver Map
The Live Driver Map allows you to view the real-time location of all your drivers. The map refreshes every 30 seconds, and the pins change color based on the driver's status:
- Grey: Offline
- Blue: In Job
- Red: Away
You can also toggle the following options:
- Show or hide driver names
- Show or hide driver references
- Display or hide offline drivers
Understanding 'Offline' drivers
A driver marked as Offline means their location hasn't updated in the last 5 minutes. They may still receive jobs via push notification, so they shouldn't be considered unavailable.
