What are Automatic Pre-Job Allocations?

Automate Pre-Job Allocations automates your soft allocations to the best available driver at the time of your bookings. Soft allocation means the driver will have the option to accept or decline a booking.

Automatically Soft-Allocate Pre-Books: this setting reflects how far in advance a booking is assigned to a driver, to which the driver can then accept or decline the booking.

Mark Ignored Allocation Offers not Responded by Driver Within: this setting reflects how much time a driver has to accept or decline a booking. The booking will then be flagged as ignored, and soft-allocated to another driver.

Re-offer Delay on Ignored Allocations: this setting reflects after how long a driver that has had the job flagged as gnored gets offered the booking again.
