How to change System Automated Emails
Go to AdminConfigurationSystem Automatic Emails
From here you will have access to the following options:
- Send Automatic Booking Confirmation Emails
- Send Automatic Booking Cancellation Emails
- Email Addresses to Copy (BCC) Automated Emails To
The settings explained
- Send Automatic Booking Confirmation Emails: this setting lets you automatically email booking confirmation emails to your customers.
- Send Automatic Booking Cancellation Emails: this setting lets you automatically email cancellation emails to your customers
- Email Addresses to Copy (BCC) Automated Emails To: this setting lets you add an email address these automated emails will also be sent to, for example a staff member. This is a Blind Carbon Copy, so your customer will not see that the email was sent to this email address too.
