How to change Website Bookings & Customer Panel

Go to AdminConfigurationWebsite Bookings & Customer Panel

From here you will have access to the following options:

  • Customer Creates PIN
  • Allow Anonymous Bookings
  • Pre-Payment on Card
  • Force Card (or Account) Payment Method Only
  • Show Customers Invoices
  • Hide Staff Notes on Booking History
The settings exlained

  • Customer Creates Pin: with this setting, you can choose whether customers create their own pin, or if the system will automatically generate a pin for them (you can see the pincode in CustomersManage).
  • Allow Anonymous Bookings: with this setting, you can choose whether customers can book a ride without having an account (making one in the process), or if they need to authenticate themselves before they can book a job.
  • Pre-Payment on Card: with this setting, you can choose whether a pre-payment will be taken on the card or not.
  • Force Card (or Account) Payment Method Only: with this setting, you can choose whether you want to only allow cards, or work with cash as well.
  • Show Customer Invoices: with this setting you can choose whether you want to show customers their invoices. Some fleets may use a different payment system, and for that reason do not want to show this.
  • Hide Staff Notes on Booking History: with this setting you can choose whether staff notes are shown to customers or not. When turned on, no staff notes will be shown on the booking history.
