- Order Confirmation: with this setting enabled, your customers will receive an SMS that their job has been confirmed.
- Order Modification: with this setting enabled, your customer will receive an SMS when their job has been modified (for example, a change of driver).
- Confirm Generated Recurring Bookings: with this setting enabled, your customer will receive a text message for every recurring booking that has been made. Please note that this can lead to a flood of SMS messages for your customer.
- Driver Allocation (Before Job): with this setting enabled, when the driver is allocated before the job, your customer will receive a text message on who the driver is.
- Driver Allocation (Accept Job): with this setting enabled, your customer will receive a text message when a driver accepts the job.
- Driver Approaching Pickup: with this setting enabled, your customer will receive a text message when the driver approaches the pickup location.
- Booking Cancelled: with this setting enabled, your customer will receive an SMS when their booking is cancelled.
- Send Apology: with this setting enabled, when the driver is late, an SMS will be sent to the customer.
- Send Apology Delay: this setting controls the delay before the customer receives the SMS message.
- Accept Calls on SMS Lines: with this setting turned on, customers can call you through the phone number you use to send the SMS messages. Please be aware that costs apply.
- Block SMS to Prefixes: this setting lets you enter prefixes for phone numbers that you do not want to send SMS messages to. For example, you might block premium-rate numbers starting with 0900 or international numbers starting with 1.
