Can I use my own mobile app with Gazoop?

Yes - Gazoop supports custom mobile app development by providing access to the Internal API. This means you can build your own mobile app for customers or drivers that connects directly to your dispatch system.

You can use the Internal API to allow customers to:

  • Create and manage bookings
  • Track live vehicle status
  • Check price estimates
  • Store account and trip history

This is useful if you want a branded experience or need features not covered by the default Gazoop web app.

For Driver Apps

With the Internal API, you can also build a driver-side app that can:

  • Accept or reject jobs
  • Update job status (e.g. arrived, picked up, completed)
  • Send location updates back to dispatch
  • Report issues or delays

Some fleets use this to integrate Gazoop with an existing driver tool or create a lightweight app with only the features they need.
