How do loyalty points and feature requests work at Gazoop?
Loyalty points and the feature request process
Gazoop allows fleets to help shape future development through a loyalty-based feature request system. When you top up your account balance, you automatically earn loyalty points. These points can be used to support feature requests or suggest new ideas for development.
Here's how the system works:
- Earning points: Loyalty points are awarded automatically whenever you top up your balance.
- Spending points: You can invest your points into existing feature requests or create your own.
- Development priority: Features with the most points from multiple customers get prioritized for development.
- Creating new requests: If your feature doesn't exist yet, you can submit a new one and then bid points on it.
- Point limits: If you don't have enough points to bid on a feature, you can either wait until your next top-up or contact Gazoop support to discuss other options.
Are all feature requests accepted?
While we aim to deliver highly requested features, we cannot guarantee every request will be developed. Final decisions depend on feasibility, security, and impact on all users.
