How do I invite a new staff member?
You can invite new staff members by email through the Gazoop control panel. Staff must accept the invitation before they can access your system.
- Go to the Staff section in your control panel.
- Click Invite Staff Member.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Choose a role: Administrator, Bookings, or Dispatcher.
- Click Send Invitation.
Once accepted, the staff member will appear as active in your Staff list.
