How do I invite a new staff member?

You can invite new staff members by email through the Gazoop control panel. Staff must accept the invitation before they can access your system.

  1. Go to the Staff section in your control panel.
  2. Click Invite Staff Member.
  3. Enter the person's email address.
  4. Choose a role: Administrator, Bookings, or Dispatcher.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

Once accepted, the staff member will appear as active in your Staff list.
