How do I set up staff earnings and payouts?

You can configure weekly payouts, per-call earnings, and payout rules individually for each staff member.

Open the Staff section.
Click the name of the staff member.
Scroll to the Earnings section.
Enable Weekly Payout, Per Call Payout, or both.
Select the call dispositions that qualify for payout (e.g. 'Yes, All Calls').
Choose whether to pay for all calls or only valid calls.
Save your changes.
