How do I create a new customer?

Creating a new customer account

  1. Go to CustomersCreate.
  2. Choose an Account Type. By default, this will be a Main/Parent Account.
  3. Under the Personal Information section, fill in the customer's:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Company Name (optional)
    • Telephone Number
    • Email Address
  4. Under the Account Settings section, fill in:
    • Account PIN
    • Credit status (if customer is allowed to charge to account/invoice)
    • Fuel surcharge, if applicable
  5. In the Default Address section, enter the customer's main address or billing address.
  6. Once all information is complete, click Create Client Account to save.
