Accessing customer emails and support tickets

You can view and manage all email communications and support tickets by going to CustomersTickets.

The following tabs are available to help you organize your tickets:

  • Require Response: Messages waiting for your reply.
  • In Progress: Active conversations that are being handled.
  • Flagged Tickets: Important or marked tickets needing special attention.
  • Recent Tickets: A full list of your most recent email communications.
