If the driver app freezes or gets stuck, try the following steps to resolve the issue:

- Block and unblock the driver: Go to DriversManage, search for the driver, and temporarily disable and re-enable the driver account. This may refresh their connection.
- Reinstall the app: If nothing else works, uninstall and reinstall the app. You will need the driver's QR code or PIN to log back in, so make sure to have that ready.
