How do you re-set or view a drivers PIN Number?
Viewing and resetting a driver's login PIN
- Go to DriversManage.
- Find the driver you want to update.
- Click Modify under the Actions column.
- In the Driver Profile section, you will see the driver's current PIN.
- You can change the PIN by typing a new value into the field.
Who can edit the PIN?
Only users with Owner or Admin permissions can view and edit a driver's PIN. Dispatcher profiles cannot access or change this field.
