How do I change the drivers call number or reference?

Changing a driver's internal reference or call number

  1. Go to DriversManage.
  2. Click Modify next to the driver you want to update.
  3. In the Driver Profile section, find the Internal Ref field.
  4. Enter the desired reference or call number. For example, you might use something like CAB33.
  5. Click Update to save the changes.

Once saved, the new internal reference will appear throughout the system instead of the auto-generated ID. You can also use it to search for the driver in job allocations, invoices, and other screens.
