How do I change the drivers call number or reference?
Changing a driver's internal reference or call number
- Go to DriversManage.
- Click Modify next to the driver you want to update.
- In the Driver Profile section, find the Internal Ref field.
- Enter the desired reference or call number. For example, you might use something like CAB33.
- Click Update to save the changes.
Once saved, the new internal reference will appear throughout the system instead of the auto-generated ID. You can also use it to search for the driver in job allocations, invoices, and other screens.
