Covers a wide range of transport use cases from Taxi / Livery Passenger Transport to Last Mile Delivery and even Towing / Roadside Assistance management. I've seen no other site that literally in hours you can have a fully functioning dispatch, phone system, even a call center with live agents spun up and fully operational! If that's not enough, it includes a CRM and even website. You can really run your whole transport company with just this one system. Payments processing? Yeah, they got that too. | ||

| I like most aspects of your software although there are some things that could use improvement. You main website template is one. I would like to just use your website, but if someone fills out the first form using the airport, it doesn't recognize this as an airport so it doesn't ask them for flight information, and since most of my rides come from the airport, this is a big issue where your website is not usable. Also, in some communications, it mentions the driver as a taxi driver, and I am a limo driver, so this wording is very bad for our industry. Other than that I really like the software and access to the API. | ||

| Application has a lot of great qualities and potential. Support has been very helpful so far. However the tutorials lack much needed details with explanations on exactly what the system does under each category especially when paying for the Ultimate plan, the average person doesnt know what APIs are or how to generate the much needed booking app through an Iframe etc. Invoice setup (for drivers is a bit confusing and could use some more details) This is our 1st 30 days, once we get everything up and running with the Ultimate features Im sure we will give this a 5 star review. and go contract versus monthly. Also it should be displayed in the pricing there is additional charges for the SMS Support etc as we did not factor that into our budget and was quite surprised once committing to the program these were additional fees. We went through 500 sms in 3 or 4 days at that rate our costs will end up being an additional $100 plus more . | ||
