How do I set a notice time in which customers can modify or cancel their booking?

To set a notice time in which bookings can be adjusted or cancelled by your customers:

  1. Go to AdminConfigurationCustomer Placed Bookings.
  2. Set Allow Customer Booking Modifications to either allow or block.
  3. If you set the previous setting to allow, you can select the amount of time prior to a job in which your customer can change their booking.


Notice

This limitation works for both the customer portal and in the customer app. If the customer tries to change their booking and you did not allow this or the time of notice has expired, they will be asked to call your fleet directly.
