How to raise a pending invoice for a child account early?

To raise a pending invoice for a child account early:

  1. Go to InvoicesPending.
  2. Select the customer in the Select a Customer... field.
  3. Click Modify.
  4. On this next screen, click Raise Pending Invoice.
  5. Click the Select a Date... field, choose the final date of payment, and then click Next.
  6. Select if you want to add all pending transactions, if you want to exclude the child account's transactions, or if you want to exclusively add the child account's transactions.
  7. Click Next
  8. You are now on the Create a New Invoice screen.
  9. Fill in the rest of the form, and click Create New Invoice.

The generated invoice - you can click PDF or Link to immediately see the new invoice after generation - now has a new field, showing the child account the invoice has been raised to if applicable.
