Custom alerting for new bookings received

This can be achieved by going to Localisation Rules From there input the following...

  1. Rule status: Active
  2. Event Trigger: New Booking Received
  3. Check Conditions: Any
  4. Frequency: Trigger the rule unlimited times
Next we will want to create 2 variables field boxes, you can do this by pressing the plus icon below Value.
  1. Variable = Booking Method. Operator = API/Mobile Application. Value = leave blank.
  2. Variable = Booking Method. Operator = Customer Panel. Value = leave blank.
Next we will create the Email and SMS accounts you wish the alerts to be sent to. We will want to create 2 Action field boxes, you can do this by pressing the plus icon below Value.
  1. Action = Send Confirmation Email. Option = leave blank. Value = enter your desired email.
  2. Action = Send SMS Message. Option = enter desired option. Value = enter desired value.
Lastly make sure to press Create New Rule button at the bottom of this page when done.
