What is the report tool?

Report tool: general information

We have added an easy way to keep your stream of information going as smoothly as possible. You can now create and track reports in a handy and easy way of the following:

  • Customers
  • Drivers
  • Vehicles
  • Staff members
  • Jobs
  • Invoices
  • Tickets
  • Phone Calls
You can combine any of these items, and link them up with an invoice, a ticket, or a caller. You can upload files as well, for example a picture of a damage to a car. You can give your reports various statuses, which you can easily change into other statuses depending on the work done:
  • Account Note
  • Escalated
  • On Hold
  • In Progress
  • Complaint
  • Resolved
  • Awaiting Staff Reply
  • Awaiting Customer Reply
  • Awaiting Driver Reply
  • Customer Responded
Example report

To give an example: if a customer filed a complaint for the invoice of a certain ride, you can raise a report with complaint as Report Status, the customer that raised the complaint, the ID of the driver that was driving the customer, the vehicle the customer was in, the ID of the job that transported the customer, and the invoice in question. Once everything has been checked, and you had contact with the customer, you can set the report status to "Awaiting Customer Reply", and add extra notes. Once a reply has been received, you can set the status to "Customer Responded", and as always you can add extra notes. Everything dealt with? Then you can set the status to "Resolved", and the stream of information on the complaint was efficiently sent between your employees with access to the Gazoop Portal.
